Chief Product Officer &
Co-Founder
This is Leon, Entarctic's Founder.
​
Leon is a former officer at the Singapore Economic Development Board where he closed 5 multi-million-dollar investment deals with Global 500 companies and developed national sustainability strategies in energy efficiency and circular economy.
​
He previously co-founded The Hidden Good, a 10-year-old award-winning social enterprise, and graduated from Oxford University with a degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics.
​
You can often find Leon at Coney Island or East Coast Park cycling, meditating or swimming with his two dogs.
Technical Director
This is Jean, Entarctic's industrial refrigeration expert.
Jean brings over 20-years of technical experience working with HVAC&R systems in cold storage, food processing and commercial facilities, from small freezer rooms to 100,000sqft warehouses.

His business experience spans the entire customer journey, from consulting, through to design and deployment, and to technical sales, in industry-leading companies such as Johnson Controls and Carrier Corporation. He is ASHRAE and SCEM certified.
​
When he is not in a cold room, he's probably mountain biking or trail running somewhere in Southeast Asia.
Chief Technology Officer & Co-Founder
This is Malcolm, Entarctic's product geek.
Malcolm's passion in technology commercialisation has led him to work across the entire spectrum, from lab scale research to technical pre-sales.
He is a former technology scout and has helped some of the world's biggest brands partner with startups and researchers in solving their business problems.
